The Canadian Journal for Studies in Discourse and Writing
CASDW publishes a peer-reviewed journal called the Canadian Journal for Studies in Discourse and Writing, formerly called Technostyle. The journal presents articles and reviews of interest to teachers, practitioners, or researchers in discourse and writing studies, including technical, academic, professional, scientific, and governmental communication. The journal is also a member of the Canadian Association of Learned Journals.
Up until Spring 2000, the journal was edited by Diana Wegner of Douglas College in Vancouver BC and produced by students in the college's Print Futures Program. The journal is currently being edited by Fay Hyndman, Nadeane Trowse, and Gloria Borrows of the Writing Centre at University College of the Fraser Valley.
