    Travel Funding for Presenters

    If you have applied for travel funding from the SSHRC conference grant, please mail in in the following before June 15, 2007 :

    • 1) the claimant signature form (please do not fill anything out; it only needs your signature)
    • 2) the wire transfer request form completed, but without amount (you'll need the form only if you wish to have the travel funds wired to your bank)
    • 3) current contact information and contact information for at least six months after the conference
    • 4) McGill employee ID and time of employment if you have ever worked at McGill, or McGill student ID and date of last enrolment if you have ever been a McGill student
    • 5) proof of purchase, including the following:

      • a) original invoice/receipt for payment of airfare, train, bus, etc., and credit card slip or bank card slip
      • b) used original ticket for train or bus and original boarding passes for plane travel
      • c) GST and PST amounts (claims cannot processed without these amounts)
